How to make it

  1. 1

Slice the chicken thighs into bite sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves finely. Trim the ends off your fresh green beans.

  2. 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add a tiny splash of cooking oil if your pan isn't nonstick, then add the chicken pieces. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

  3. 3

Add the green beans to the hot skillet. Stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes, until they are bright green and slightly tender crisp.

  4. 4

Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the green beans. Stir and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

  5. 5

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the green beans and garlic. Pour in the coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil. Stir everything well to coat. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken and coat all the ingredients.

  6. 6

Serve immediately and enjoy your quick, flavorful meal!
