- 2.In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, and sea salt. Toss everything together until the chickpeas are well-coated in the oil and seasonings. The oil ensures even roasting and prevents sticking.
