Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a 6 oz salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel to ensure a crispy texture as it bakes.
- 2.In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir until completely blended. This will create the glaze for the salmon. Pour the glaze evenly over the salmon, making sure every part is well coated.
- 3.Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes. Look for a light caramelization on the edges and ensure the salmon flakes easily with a fork. If the glaze starts to burn, cover it loosely with foil.
- 4.While the salmon is baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 cups of fresh spinach and a splash of water. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the spinach has wilted but is still vibrant green. Season with a pinch of salt if desired.
- 5.Once the salmon is baked to perfection, plate it with the sautéed spinach. Spoon any remaining glaze from the pan over the salmon for extra flavor. Serve immediately, pairing the sweetness of the honey with the heat of the Sriracha in every bite.
