Zesty Mediterranean Tuna Salad

How to make it

First, thoroughly drain the canned tuna and rinse and drain the chickpeas. Set them aside.

Finely dice the half small red onion and chop the fresh parsley.

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, rinsed chickpeas, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.
