First, gently press your tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into lovely bite sized cubes. This helps it get nice and crispy.

In a small bowl, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, savory soy sauce, and about 2 tablespoons of water until it is wonderfully smooth. This will be your luscious sauce.
