This quick and easy skillet combines lean turkey with eggs, spinach, and feta for a power packed meal.

First, grab a large skillet and place it over medium heat. Add your lean ground turkey and cook it, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is nicely browned all over. Make sure there's no pink left.

Next, toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and the fresh spinach. Stir everything together and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the spinach has wilted down and the tomatoes have softened a bit.

Now, make four little indentations or 'wells' in the turkey and veggie mixture in the skillet. Carefully crack one egg into each well. Season with a little salt and pepper if you like.

Cover the skillet and let the eggs cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. If you prefer runnier yolks, keep an eye on them.
