5Maple Glazed Salmon with Roasted Broccolini
Sweet and savory, this salmon dish comes together quickly for a delicious weeknight meal.
How to make it
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- 2
Trim the tough ends off your broccolini. On the prepared baking sheet, toss the broccolini with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
- 3
While the broccolini roasts, pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- 4
After 10 minutes, remove the broccolini from the oven. Push it to one side of the baking sheet. Place the salmon fillets skin side down, if applicable, on the other side. Brush the maple glaze generously over the salmon.
- 5
Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue roasting for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccolini is tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
