How to make it

  1. 1

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps them get a nice sear and absorb flavors better.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. This will be your lovely glaze for the salmon.

  3. 3

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp. You can add a splash of water if they look too dry.

  4. 4

Push the green beans to one side of the pan. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down if they have skin, to the other side of the hot skillet. Sear for 4 minutes to get a golden crust.

  5. 5

Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Continue to cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon and green beans frequently, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious creation.
